Contract Administrator

Reporting into the Administration Manager you will provide Administrative Support to the Contracts, controlling documentation and day to day administration in support of the Admin Manager, Contract Manager and Service Delivery Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Produce H&S statistical information for the Clients Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports.
  • Prepare procedures, processes, test and progress reports.
  • Manage all of the contract related documentation associated with contract delivery.
  • Ensure that relevant documentation is loaded and accessible on UCM Document Management System.
  • Control, by electronic mail systems, the movement of all electronic and paper mail relevant to the contract.
  • Record and distribute minutes of senior contractual meetings involving customer.
  • Support all administrative tasks as required by the Contract.
  • Who you are:

    This role would be ideal for an experienced administrator comfortable using Microsoft Office. Strong attention detail and interpersonal skills will be required to be successful in post.

  • Organisational skills and a systematic approach to work with care taken over detail and due regard to confidentiality.
  • Able to work independently and act on own initiative.
  • Commercial Awareness.
  • Committed to achieving results and ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate a highly professional manner when dealing with clients/customers.
  • Well developed communication skills with experience of developing positive working relationships at all levels and be a team player.
