About the Role
We have 2 vacancies in our Back Office Parking Team for Parking Officers. 1 post is permanent and 1 post is a six-month secondment (internal application only)
All candidates will be required to support our busy Parking service and be responsible for delivering administration and technical support in relation to PCN processing, Debt Recovery, Resident Parking Services , parking operations, complaints and Foi’s.
Other duties include raising purchase orders, income reconciliation and managing inboxes and answering telephone enquiries.
We’re looking for candidates that have experience in a similar role, or with strong customer service skills, along with being an excellent communicator and team player.
You will be able to understand and draft written information, be good at conflict resolution with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
