Now is a great time to come and join our wonderful Business Support team in the role of Business Support Officer.
The Business Support team provide essential administrative support to the very busy Adult Care and Integration service.
The post holder will provide administrative and technical support to the Adult Social Care service and its customers.
The role may be required to work with and support different areas based upon the needs of the service, providing a high level of flexible administrative support (which includes professional minute taking). This role will be required to prioritise workloads, plan and allocate work effectively and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines. This includes working flexibly and creatively to problem solve.
Shortlisting and interview criteria
- Demonstrable experience of producing and maintaining accurate and up to date records.
- Significant experience of minute taking within a professional and confidential environment
- Excellent administrative and IT skills
- Experience of undertaking fact finding processes and resolving complaints about the service.
- Highly developed communication skills to support the gathering of comprehensive information from the customer or their advocates / carers over the telephone or face to face to ascertain the nature of their contact and determine what action are required.
