Civils Project Manager

This is a great opportunity to join our Highways Division to Project Manage some of our very exciting traffic Civils and Technology innovation projects. You will be involved from identifying the opportunity to supporting it and seeing it over the line and into BAU. This role will have a 50/50 split of office and Hybrid working.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience of delivering Civils infrastructure/Technology projects on the National Highways (NH) and Local Authority (LA)network.
  • Previous Project Management experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of CDM 2015, including a proven track record in the role of Principal Contractor (PC) for Civils and Technology installation activities on the National Highways Network.
  • Knowledge of H&S risks and safe systems of work associated with working on NH Network
  • Knowledge of NH practices and standards e.g., MCH1349 & MCX drawings.
  • Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

What you'll do:

  • The role will be to lead a team of IT infrastructure focused systems engineers
  • Provide input in developing Telents competence to undertake the role of Principle Contractor on NH scheme projects.
  • Undertake Project Management and Site scoping surveys of National Highways (NH) technology and Civils works develop works information for Installation Manager Technology.
  • Support and Deliver projects within the Traffic Technology sector.
  • Identify opportunities, work working closely with the end client, stakeholders and internal teams.

Who you are:

The Successful candidate will have previous Project Management experience, within a Highways or Traffic Technology environment.
