Strategic Asset - Managing and Transforming Our Estate

Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to kick-start your career in building repair and maintenance?

We're offering two apprenticeship opportunities within our Housing Asset Maintenance Team to complete a Level 4 qualification in Construction and Built Environment.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent role with the potential for continued growth and progression within the team.

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in inspecting building defects, ensuring proper remedial works, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

You will gain hands-on experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across our diverse housing stock, building your confidence and competence in the role.

The apprenticeship offers opportunities for professional development and growth, including the chance to work alongside experienced Area Maintenance Surveyors, participate in specialist work programs, and meet key performance indicators for return on investment.

To qualify for this apprenticeship, you must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driver's license or be actively taking driving lessons. Strong planning and organisational skills, effective communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to grasp complex technical matters with training are essential.
