Job Details

We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team providing supported housing for adults with mental health needs. Our services are delivered across three different sites around the city and are residential and day service settings. We are looking for someone who can;

  • develop and implement support plans.
  • be responsible for maintaining the Health and Safety of our customers and the building.
  • oversee the work of our Housing Support and Recovery Workers to provide practical support to customers to prepare them for independent living.
  • be comfortable lone working on occasions.

You will be someone with experience of working with adults with mental health needs and a willingness to undertake training as needed. High levels of interpersonal skills are essential to the role.

Hours are worked in a varying shift pattern, 7 days per week.

As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level B1: Can exploit a wide range of simple language flexibly to express much of what he/she wants. Can keep going comprehensibly, even though pausing for grammatical land lexical planning and repair is very evident, especially in longer stretches of free production.
