Salary: £30,095 - £34,373 (+10% shift allowance plus weekend working allowance)

A Community Outreach – Assistant Manager to work within the Community Outreach Team at Lancashire County Council.

 

We are a fantastic and specialised team of Community Outreach Practitioners providing essential support to children, young people and families within the community. We are seeking a caring, values driven individual to become our Community Outreach Assistant Manager to lead a small team of four highly experienced outreach practitioners in our local area. You'll get to work alongside Social Care, Early Intervention Police and other specialised services with a key focus on bringing families together despite the crisis they may be in (where it is safe to do so). This is a community-based role so a real opportunity to contribute to the face to face work that’s so important when supporting others. You'll have shift's spread over a 14 day period comprising of both lates, early's and weekends so your there on hand when needed most.
