What you’ll need
To join us, you’ll need a mix of relevant qualifications with at least one being at level 5 or above, and extensive experience in sustainable transport and active travel sector. Your track record includes involvement in securing funding, project management and the development of approaches to change services and outcomes. You’ve used evidence-based approaches and performance management techniques to drive successful change. With a flair for public engagement and partnership working, it is your talent for communication that really sets you apart.

As part of our team, you can be sure we’ll do all we can to support you in being truly excellent. You see, we prioritise learning and enabling you to achieve your potential. So we’ve created a development process that lets you grow in the way that suits you - whether that’s training to be a leader, or learning flexibly online.
