You will be an experienced leader and senior manager able to demonstrate strong operational service delivery and resilience. You’re ready to make the next step in a successful career. Your collaborative and co-operative approach are vital as is the empathy and leadership qualities required to grow and build your own team and services. You will have experience of working successfully in a waste delivery organisation or a local authority setting with an understanding of building strong relationships with Members, residents, partners and stakeholders alike.
