Then a Highways Electrical Maintenance and Installation Operatives Apprenticeship with Cumbria County Council could be for you!
Cumbria County Council has the fourth largest highways network in England and maintains approximately 45,000 street lights and 3,500 illuminated signs.
As a Highways Electrical Maintenance and Installation Operative you will be expected to effectively assist with a range of duties connected with the delivery of the Road Lighting Service.
Supporting the area based operations teams with the delivery of street lighting improvement and maintenance works, undertaking routine maintenance activities in accordance with service procedures, periodic electrical inspection and testing, structural inspections and improvements to given timescale.
