Fountain Court is a 16 bedded residential unit for people with dementia.
The role includes providing leadership to a small team to provide person centred care, in order to meet individual needs of the service users and ensure their safety and well-being.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the needs of older people with dementia, effective communication skills and be able to produce clear and accurate records.
You are required to have Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
You will also be required to undertake an enhanced Adults Disclosure and Barring Check.
