We are supporting our local authority client based in the Midlands, in their search for an Interim Talent and Learning Lead. They're looking for an interim with experience in the talent space and/or in Learning and Development. Experience in designing and implementing a new talent approach, and managing a team to deliver a learning programme is essential. It is a 6-month contract with a negotiable day rate inside IR35.
