We currently have an exciting developmental opportunity available for the position of a Support Team Manager.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses a good working knowledge of dementia and has an understanding of the demands of the service which we deliver to individuals within their own homes and in our day service.

You will be required to manage the duty aspect of the service where you will lead the team throughout the shift.

We are looking for an individual who has:

  • Excellent planning & organisation skills.
  • An ability to work to deadlines.
  • An understanding of the nature and importance of co-production and partnership working.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years line management and supervisory experience.

You must hold an NVQ level 3 in Care or equivalent.

You will be required to work flexibly as the working hours will include, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Shift Patterns to include 07.00am-15.00pm, 14.00am-22.00pm, 09.00am-17.00pm.

A requirement of this post is that any successful candidate must have had a full course of an approved COVID‐19 vaccine prior to starting in the role, or be medically exempt. As part of the recruitment process the successful candidate will need to evidence this requirement.

An Enhanced DBS with Adults Barring List Check is required for this role.

37 hours per week
