You will be confident with using MS Office packages, including Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience and knowledge of using EISi/EIS, MOSAiC, ASH and Oracle finance systems would be highly desirable.

The role of Administrative Officer will provide you with the opportunity to use your organisational and planning skills to deliver first class administrative support to the team. Your effective verbal and written communication skills will demonstrate an ability to resolve challenging situations and complex queries, working with a range of individuals including children and vulnerable adults.  Flexibility will be required as you will be expected to work from multiple settings and may on occasion be required to attend out-of-hours events.  A “can do” proactive attitude and the ability to use your own initiative is essential as you will provide office administrative support in ensuring the day-to-day smooth service operation in the absence of the Office Manager.
