Property Data Analyst

We are seeking to appoint a data analyst to support the compliance team and manage the collection of specific information of compliance data in the Concerto asset management system. 

We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and professional individual to form part of the team.  You will be responsible and accountable for the efficient entry of data into the asset management system subsequent to the gathering of external data therefore good customer service experience is a must as you will be liaising with staff and clients over the phone. 

Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation and its application to the work environment would be advantageous but not essential as the role involves monitoring risk assessments and assist in the formulation of remedial action plans to ensure compliance against the requirements of the surveys and reports. 

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of working with the Concerto asset management system however training will be provided to the right candidate.
  • The ability to produce excel reports showing accurate data in graph format and adjust the way information is presented to suit the intended audience therefore extensive ICT skills are essential.
  • Patience and flexibility, together with good time management and excellent communication and interpersonal.
