Street Services provides a highly important service to all of the borough’s residents and visitors from sweeping roads to emptying household and businesses waste and recycling bins. This is a vital front-line service and has a huge impact on residents and the community around them. This advert is for the following opportunity (delete as appropriate):
Driver Chargehand (NON-HGV): This role involves managing a team of 5 or more Environmental Cleansing Operatives (ECO’s) making sure that scheduled street cleansing is completed on one of two possible shifts that operate between 6am to 8pm. You must have a full clean driver’s licence. Starting Salary £22,185 plus contractual overtime and allowances We offer great staff benefits including:
