About Us:

Transform the way we use housing management data and improve outcomes for residents across our borough.

At the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, we are focused on putting our residents and local businesses at the heart of every decision.

From the policy decisions that we're making through to the services that we are delivering, it is vital that we put the needs of our community first.

We want to give everyone a great quality of life, with access to a comfortable home, sustainable and desirable employment options, and the chance to live and work in a healthy and safe environment.

And our Policy & Performance teams play a vital role in achieving all of these goals.

The Role:

As a Data Quality & Performance Officer, you will lead on maintaining and improving the quality of data held in our housing management system.

Working with our Performance Manager, you will identify performance issues and set targets to track progress.

The work is varied and challenging, and you will make a valuable contribution to our housing management service, in turn helping us better serve our residents.

While improving our data quality, you will complete regular data audits, launch updates, carry out root cause analysis to identify trends and act as data quality champion across housing management.

You will also assist in developing a full suite of operational reports and prepare benchmarking data for external organisations.

Please refer to the Job Description for more information

About You:

You will need experience in analysing data, developing performance indicators and implementing the principles of effective performance management.

Naturally, you will need excellent IT skills as you will be manipulating and presenting data on a regular basis.

You should also have strong communication skills, especially report writing.

Being able to collaborate effectively and deal with information using discretion and tact are both important.

Join us in this fascinating work, and you can look forward to a package that includes a competitive salary, a high-quality pension scheme and generous annual leave plus bank holidays.
