Job Details
We are looking for candidates with a desire to improve their skill and knowledge within the horticultural industry the use of a variety of horticultural machinery/equipment and ride-on mowers and horticultural practice. You will need to be self-motivated, reliable, conscientious, and capable of working individually or as part of a team. A full driving licence is desired or.
The successful applicant will also undertake an NVQ Level 2 study programme in horticulture to gain a recognised industry standard qualification.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday with flexible working hours (10 weeks at 32 hours, 10 weeks at 42 hours and 32 weeks at 37 hours). Successful candidates will need to demonstrate flexibility as some late evening, weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required
