Hours:                                  35 hours per week

The Royal Borough is looking for an experienced planning officer manage a caseload of major planning applications for submission of conditions post decision, with the opportunity to dealing with pre-application discussions through to application.

The position is within the Major Applications Team, reporting directly to the Major Applications Manager. The right candidate will ideally have previous Development Management experience of working on complex minor applications and possible small major applications, with an understanding of s106 agreements.
