The Role: As a member of our dedicated housing management service, you will find a fantastically collaborative team spirit awaits you. 

Together, you will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of heating and hot water projects. 

Your work is a key part of the Notting Dale Heat Network programme and Lancaster West refurbishment programme, which aim to transform Lancaster West into a model 21st Century and, carbon-neutral estate by 2030. 

The work you will deliver includes the design and installation of heating and hot water solution across the Lancaster West estate using from a mix of renewable sources including solar PV, air source heat pumps and smart energy saving technology.

As well as reviewing consultant’s specifications at each stage of design, you will produce reports, lead on project scoping and procurement and maintain all project documentation. Collaboration is also a crucial part of the role, as you will need to work with different parties to understand their needs and lead project teams to ensure the success of our programmes.

Please refer to the Job Description for more information.   About You: You will need experience in contract management and procurement for heat networks, along with a strong knowledge of the essentials of heating and hot water solutions. Experience in public sector housing or major works schemes is desirable and you should be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills, be organised, diligent confident using data and be able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
