The Smart Transport Team at the City of York Council are looking for an Apprentice Programme Support Assistant.  Our expanding Team work alongside our residents, businesses and academic providers to develop and improve the transport systems in and around our award-winning city. 

Entry qualifications:  Interested candidates should hold 5 GCSEs level 4/C+, including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalent) (predicted grades will be accepted at application stage, but confirmation/certificates will need to be provided before any job offer is made).

This opportunity is primarily based out of our innovative West Office in the heart of York.

What You’ll Be Doing:

By joining the Smart Transport Team you will be involved with our innovative smart transport programme. From day one you'll work alongside a dedicated team, supporting the development of future transport strategy and policy within the ever-changing field of smart technology.
