SALARY - SCALE 5 – Fixed Term Contract/Secondment – 11 Months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and efficient administrator to work in the Environmental Health, Pollution & Residential Services department, this is a fixed term role up to 31/03/2022.

You will be part of an office-based integrated technical support team within Environmental Health, Pollution and Residential Services who respond to a large volume of enquiries from members of the public, internal and external contractors and organisations, and support a team of Environmental Health & Technical/Enforcement Officers in carrying out regulatory & statutory functions as well as other duties such as casework, licensing & performance statistics.

You will need to have a minimum of 12 months relevant experience in a busy office environment and possess excellent verbal, written communication skills, minimum 50 wpm, proficient in Microsoft Office particularly word, outlook and excel and also have experience with databases to carry out high volume, accurate and efficient data entry.
