Shared Technology Services are looking for a Licenses and Subscriptions Officer to support with the management of payment, validation, renewals and transfers of licenses and subscriptions and continually monitoring these processes.
The Officer will provide administrative support within the Procurement team, meticulously keeping records of user licenses to ensure the smooth running of Shared Technology Services.
The successful candidate will work alongside Head of Partnerships and Projects, the Financial Controller and the Financial Services Business Partner to assist with the preparation of the annual IT budgets and subsequently use monitoring and reporting to ensure the efficacy of billing within the Service.
Our new Licenses and Subscriptions Officer should have a strong eye for detail, with an ability for meticulous record keeping. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively as part of a wider team and be focused on the common goal of maintaining our licenses and subscriptions efficiently.
You should be proactive and able to plan for upcoming renewals, as well as proficient in the use of spreadsheets to produce and analyse data.
The successful candidate should thrive in working under pressure and be able to prioritise dependent on urgency and importance.
