This vacancy is available as a secondment opportunity. Candidates must seek permission of their current line manager before applying for a secondment opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity to undertake challenging and rewarding work providing early help and support to children and young people age 0-19 and their families.

Through a whole family approach,   you will work with children, young people and parents, assessing need and agreeing plans with them that  improve their outcomes. 

Your will  also work in partnership, particularly with schools and early years settings to support vulnerable support children, young people and families

You will be committed to working with children, young people and families to help them to achieve their potential.

You will have experience of working with children and young people, excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, able to manage caseloads and record your work on electronically on computer systems.

As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level C1: Can express him/herself fluently and spontaneously, almost effortlessly. Only a conceptually difficult subject can hinder a natural, smooth flow of language.
