Highway Asset Team Leader
Salary: Grade K £38,890 - £41,881 a year
Permanent, 37 hours a week
Location: Streetpride Depot, Stores Road

We are looking to recruit an inspirational Team Leader to join a busy front-line team at Derby City Council. We are at the forefront of delivering an asset management and risk-based approach to the road and footway assets.
The post will focus on primarily
- Developing the principles of highway asset management policy and processes
- Delivery of a capital programme of road and footway improvements, in line with our approved highway asset management policy and strategy
- Working closely with our internal workforce and external contractors to deliver the right improvements in the right locations at the right time.
- Leading and empowering a team of driven individuals in the pursuit of achieving great things, shaping services for the benefits of Derby residents
