Our Operations Service is the largest single service at Rossendale Council and one of the most important.  As our Head of Operations you will be responsible for leading a team of energetic and dedicated managers to improve front line services such as refuse collection, parks, street cleansing and fleet management.  You will also work with others in delivering one of our three Council Objectives “Clean and Green”.

We have an ambitious new Chief Executive and Director of Communities at Rossendale and we want to strengthen our senior management structure with a Head of Operations that can demonstrate achievement in delivering and developing excellent customer care and service improvement.
