The Post

Due to the success and increasing demands our team need to expand. You will be instructing groups of children in a range of outdoor and environmental activities. In addition you will be responsible for key tasks at the centre.

Within our centre , based in the Hampshire countryside, we deliver exciting, inclusive adventurous activities. We have over 40,000 visits, aged from 5 years upwards of all abilities and backgrounds.

Our users include:

· Schools residential breaks
· School day visits
· Scout, Guide and other youth based organisations
· Holiday Schemes
· Families sessions
· Birthday Parties
· Corporate training

The Person

We are looking for instructors who complement our enthusiastic, motivated and friendly staff team. Previous experience in the outdoors or working with children will be essential. Desirable qualifications include: Bush Craft, Climbing/High ropes, Orienteering, Environmental Science, Current First Aid qualification.
