Location: Manby or Spalding (Lincolnshire) with a requirement to work across both sites
Contract: 2 year Fixed Term Contract
Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays
Pension: Local Government CARE Pension Scheme - 21.8% employer contribution rate

We are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to join our ICT & Digital Team for a 2 year Fixed Term Contract.

Since 2010, Public Sector Partnership Services have been delivering services for East Lindsey and South Holland District Councils and having just secured another 10 year contract, we now have an ambitious transformation plan that will seek to digitise and transform the services we offer.
 

The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available in our ICT Technical Services team providing day to day support and maintenance of our Clients ICT infrastructure and services.  As a member team you will be required to bring your experience and skills to the role to ensure all issues are resolved within time frames, play an integral part in ICT projects, communicate innovative ICT-centric solutions and provide support to our 2nd Line support in developing their skills and knowledge. 

You will have a technical understanding of virtualisation products, ideally VMware and have demonstrable experience in Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and Exchange.  Experience of Telephony and Networking solutions, Citrix and Office 365 would also be beneficial.

Whilst you will be predominantly based at a single location there will be requirements to travel to remote sites.
