Position Overview:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Home Ownership team.  Our team is committed to providing a high quality service to leaseholders and developing professional knowledge and skills to meet the organisations key objectives. We are keen to hear from people who have a can do attitude and are highly motivated to provide an excellent and proactive service in line with operational deadlines.

Who we are looking for:

You will be taking a lead role within the Home Ownership Service, implementing the Council’s policies regarding Pre-assignment enquiries, Deeds of Postponement, Deeds of Release and Licences for Alterations; having regard to the terms of the Lease or Transfer of Part and ensuring that the Council’s interests are protected at all times and collecting associated income.

To provide a high standard of customer service to HOS customers, dealing effectively and efficiently with a wide range of enquiries.

You will have experience of undertaking administrative work in a busy office environment. You will possess effective time management skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
