Chelmsford is looking for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our Housing Standards Team. The team thrives on the shared challenges that this area of work brings and enjoys an interesting and varied case-load. As a valued member of the team, you will have the opportunity to deal with the complete range of regulatory work including empty homes and HMOs with the full support of the lead officer and your colleagues. If you are a motivated and experienced Environmental Health Officer we would love to hear from you.
The role requires a sound knowledge of housing, housing legislation, guidance and HHSRS – but support in developing these areas will be given to the right candidate.
