It’s exciting times at Riverside Leisure Centre with a brand-new centre recently opened we need you to get on board and help us make this a success. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in a career in leisure and are passionate about delivering the best customer service, then we have the job for you.
You should be organised, confident with a flexible approach and a proven track record of working in a busy reception environment within the leisure industry. With a good product knowledge, you will ensure all bookings, administration and payment procedures are carried out thoroughly and accurately. With the ability to multi-task you will work as part of the team greeting our customers to the centre, using a high-quality customer service approach to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment. Experience of using computer packages, customer relations and the ability to cash handle is essential, however additional training will be given.
Two vacancies are available on a part time basis, working either 18 or 8 hours a week. Shifts are offered at weekends and evenings during the centres opening hours (5.30am – 10.30pm), with occasional shifts during the daytime.
