The Role

The role is integral Housing Development Team to administer the delivery of new build development housing projects for South Holland District Council and their wholly-owned company Welland Homes.

You would be responsible for providing robust project document management in order to respond to the needs of the internal and external clients.  Duties may include supporting the Project Managers in setting up meetings and providing the relevant paperwork to administer these meetings.

The Person

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in collaboration with others, with an interest in housing, a willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership of your own workload.  You should be a customer focussed individual with experience in administration with a general knowledge of the housing market.   You will have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with problem solving capabilities.
