Fixed term or internal and external secondment available (subject to agreement by appropriate organisations).

 

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and develop Greenwich ReSET (Reducing Serious Youth Violence & Exploitation Team), a new co-located, multidisciplinary service that we are setting up in response to the rise in knife crime and serious youth violence in Greenwich.

The Service Manager will be a high profile strategic role that will require extensive partnership working and experience of community safety, although, not necessarily in a local authority.

You will be results driven, outcomes focused and be able to create a culture of continuous learning, mutual support and challenge within the service.
