Local Land Charges Information Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Planning and Transport Strategy service for a forward thinking and innovative Information Manager with proven experience of Local Land Charges and a track record of delivering service transformation. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to complete the Councils’ Local Land Charges data improvement programme and ensure readiness for the HM Land Registry data transfer, whilst maintaining the statutory Registers of the highest quality and providing a continuous service to our customers.
You will have a positive approach, and experience in successfully identifying, introducing and managing changes designed to improve service delivery. You will be the Councils’ expert on all Local Land Charge matters and have a clear understanding of Local Land Charges statutory requirements and relevant systems including Geographical Information Systems and be able to interpret related data. You will have demonstrable experience of managing, training and motivating staff to achieve the team’s objectives.
We are positive and ambitious – we expect you to have the same approach.
There has never been a more challenging – or rewarding – time to work for Richmond and Wandsworth.
In return, we can offer you working arrangements that will fit your work-life balance. These include home working (dependent on service need), and a generous holiday allowance of 31 days plus bank holidays.
In addition, we offer a range of staff benefits such as membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme, new technology scheme, interest-free loans on annual travel cards, discounts at many leisure activities, restaurants, shops and other establishments. A wide range of developmental opportunities are also offered.
If you would like to discuss this opportunity in more detail please contact Eric Hermans, Principal Business Support Officer on 020 8871 6648 or email email@example.com
