Competitive salary of £77,265 p.a. (pay award pending) plus up to £5,000 relocation package

 

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of our energetic strategic leadership team, directing and leading a directorate of circa 175 employees in Planning and Development, Environmental Health and Street Scene Services.

As Director for Environment and Planning you will have an influential role in shaping the strategic development and delivery of these services for future generations.

You will be an exceptional leader and collaborator; someone who has credibility and drive and a strong political and public sector background with the proven track record of delivering strategic change and improvement in a challenging and complex environment.

This is an ideal time for you to join us.
