This key position in Customer Contact will analyse all aspects of resource utilisation, monitoring trends, building resilience around peaks in demands and to schedule team members to meet this demand by way of a holistic one team approach.  The post holder will have the ability to identify efficiencies of both the company and its clients.  Successful candidates are required to work independently with very little direct input with a strong ability to link performance to efficiency.

The successful candidate for this role will report directly to the Head of Customer Contact and be responsible for line managing a small team and working closely with the Customer Contact Management Team to identify service priorities.  Whilst this role will be predominantly based at a single location, there will be requirements to travel to additional sites.

Whilst the Job Description provides a broad outline of the main duties and responsibilities, there is a real opportunity for the post holder to help define this role and take it forward. 

To be considered for this position you must have extensive knowledge of the day to day operations of the Customer Contact service. You will have excellent written, verbal and analytical skills and have excellent time management skills meeting tight deadlines.
