Customer Service Apprentice
An opportunity has arisen to undertake an apprenticeship within the Customer Services Centre at Chelmsford City Council.
You will gain hands on customer service experience assisting with daily duties including directing customers face to face and via the telephone. As part of our main front of house team, you will get the opportunity to learn about all the Councils key services and will support current projects and carry out various administrative tasks.
Ideally you will have A-C grades in GCSE Maths and English and have basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel or equivalent.
You will be required to work 37 hours per week.
