Job Details
The Community Sport & Wellbeing Team at Chelmsford City Council is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and experienced people to assist with the running of the Play in the Park Sports & Play Schemes in the Summer Holidays 2019.
You should have experience of working with children of pre-school or primary school age. This could be in a childcare/nursery or school setting, as a coach, or youth worker. Ideally you will be comfortable delivering games and sports activities, and arts and crafts.
Staff are required on week days (excluding bank holidays) during the Summer school holidays, including one essential training day during the below period:
Summer holidays run from Friday 26 July to Friday 30 August 2019, excluding bank holidays.
Successful candidates will be asked to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure undertaken by the Disclosure & Barring Service and appointment is subject to this being successful.
Interviews for these roles will be held on Wednesday 17 April & Thursday 18 April 2019.
